I am Galadima Bitrus, a leadership consultant, author of over 10 published books, and a mentor to emerging leaders across faith-based, academic, and organizational platforms. I hold a Certificate in Leadership from Covenant University’s African Leadership Development Centre, alongside academic training in Animal Science and Bible Translation.

For over a decade, I’ve facilitated leadership development for young professionals, church leaders, and community influencers. My leadership radio program, Leaders’ Breakfast, has reached thousands across Nigeria and beyond. As someone with hands-on experience in organizational development, succession challenges in Bible translation projects, and mentoring of future leaders, I write from the field, not the ivory tower.
